Workman, Jr., re issues of interest to Shand, including Middle East involvement, disposal of radioactive waste in South Carolina, race relations, and the Federal procurement system. Also including specimen copies of verse and published letters to newspaper editors, as well as a typescript of Shand's autobiographical account, "A Brief Outline of Occupations and Accomplishments."
